Rupert Grantley Lowe BA(Hons) MRICS
Senior Partner
Rupert Lowe established the Practice in 1998. With more than 24 years experience in surveying in London and Liverpool for a wide variety of clients, he has extensive knowledge of all property related matters. This wealth of experience coupled with over thirteen years in a senior partner role provides the foundation for the practice. He is committed to ensuring the Practice strives to provide a service tailored to client’s individual requirements and oversees progress on all projects. To this end, he implements an effective office management strategy and structure to ensure a committed and motivated team.
Gary Frederick Szilagy BSc (Hons) MRICS

With over thirteen years experience in all aspects of building surveying, Gary leads a team of surveyors with an emphasis in design of new build and refurbishment projects. Gary is committed to providing inspiring and innovative solutions to client’s aspirations. Recent projects include repair and refurbishment of one of Chester’s historic Rows building incorporating new apartments and design and procurement of JP Morgan’s new Liverpool offices.
Paul Rowley BSc (Hons) MRICS

Paul has over fourteen years experience in all aspects of building surveying having worked for several leading Northwest based surveying Practices. Paul has a wide range of specialisms. He has extensive experience in building conservation and other specialist repair projects such as fire damage reinstatement and an established background working within both education, commercial and industrial sectors. He is also a British Occupational Hygiene Society registered Asbestos Inspector. With this wide technical background, Paul leads a team of surveyors with an emphasis on commercial property, repair, maintenance and refurbishment and is also involved in day to day office management. He is committed to taking the Practice forward with development of new client relationships.
